I don't even know where to start with this group. I was referred to them by my physician after about 10 years of trying to find the root cause of chronic fatigue, brain fog, lethargy, etc. I already knew my thyroid did not work and my physician tried to help but can only get so far. They ran my blood panels and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, which for that I am thankful. Where things went wrong was with the condescending and arrogant attitude from not just one, but two doctors at this facility. I was told by the doctor that I saw that my "Symptoms" of pressure in my head, low-energy, brain fog and irritability was just me being depressed and I needed to be on a mood stabilizer. When I asked about diet and how that would affect my disease and I was told that functional medicine is a joke and run by a bunch of quacks and doesn't work and again I needed antidepressants along with my thyroid medicine. I asked to see a different doctor and was contacted by phone from that doctor's nurse and without having seen me or talking to me he "agreed" with the previous doctor that I was depressed and would not discuss any other forms of treatment other than the traditional thyroid replacement pill and antidepressants. After much research on my own and a complete change in diet 90% of my symptoms related to my Hashimoto's are gone. Additionally my lifelong asthma had all but disappeared. I do take a pill for my thyroid to keep it regulated but some of the symptoms that patients have with this issue are related to food sensitivities and allergies but apparently since there's no money in it for them it is not a point of discussion with Western trained doctors. I went back to my physician and after a long discussion of how I was treated by the endocrinology group he has agreed to assist me on my protocol. Oh, and by the way all the panels that they ran my regular physician can run for Half the price.
Stay away from this place. Only Interested in milking you for every dime they can. They lie and tell you one thing to pay and then when u get there after taking off from work they tell u another or tell u that u can not be seen. Their billing department dropped they ball and made a mistake not once but twice and yet I was told it was my responsibility. Since I do not know their office policy I fail to see how I can correct it. Also the treatment I was on originally almost killed me. Took several attempt to get it right. I do not recommend. A side show medicine man can do a better job.
Took off work, drove 2 counties away and waited over 45 minutes one time to be told that they needed to reschedule me. But the next time I came, I was 10 minutes late and they wouldn't see me. I was supposed to be patient of Dr. Campbell but only saw him briefly one time before being handed over to nurse practitioner who was great. I went to her for many months and recommended to my husband that he go there also. He went for his appointment and they wanted him to pay a several hundred dollar deposit until they could confirm what his insurance would pay. I called them and said it's the SAME INSURANCE AS MINE who pays everything!!! but they wouldn't budge so we gave up and just quit with them. Office management needs definite improvement.

They are always on top of their game. Doc is always very punctual and service is great. I've been going to this office almost 3 years and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes after my appt time to see the doctor.
