The people are rude and treat you cattle. Don't as for pain medication after they cut you open for heart surgery because they will label you as a drug addict and hang up on you. Worst experience of my life and I'm a 25 year old male with a pacemaker. If I had to choose between a perfect heart or never dealing with these people again I'd choose the latter.
