Disrespectful, Blaming and uncompassionate. So many things have gone wrong at this place: I Was given an appointment card, showed up for said appointment (card in hand) only to be told I was wrong and had no appointment after taking off early from work. They do not respect my time. When I called to cancel a different appointment due to having a work conflict- the day before it was supposed to be, I was charged 25$. There is a huge double standard here. My time is not valuable but theirs is...... I had 2 fillings fall out, she replaced them and told me they fell out because I must be grinding my teeth. Due to the above appointment issues I hadn't had time to be fitted for a mouth guard....it's only been a few weeks.... then one of the two fillings she just replaced (and charged me to fix) fell out again.... the next day an additional huge filling fell out leaving me very uncomfortable. So naturally, I called for an appointment. I asked the receptionist to go talk to Dr. Kherani and schedule a chunk of time so I could get them both fixed then to call me back with an appointment time. Again, I told this receptionist that I was in PAIN......and no one ever called me back. No one should be treated like that. Clearly, my comfort is not valued there. Furthermore, a filling she placed on the opposite side of the missing fillings still hurts to chew on, so I don't think that was fixed completely either. I can't get my problems addressed because the work that has been done is failing. Patients deserve a call back when in pain. I have given this practice many chances, but it is clear that neither I am not worth their time or effort. I doubt yours will be either. I will be taking my family elsewhere.
My office visits at Hardin Valley Family Dentistry have been most exceptional. I have had appointments for routine check ups and as a work in and my wait time has been minimal. The dental techs are most professional and informative about the office visit. The office is comfortable and very bright. Dr. Kherani is personable, attentive, quite knowledgeable and proactive in caring for my teeth.
Excellent work done of my implants by Dr.Sonia. I had no pain at all. I am very much satisfied with the job. Thanks
The staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Kharani came in after my cleaning and checked my teeth. She seemed very thorough and was very nice.
