I walked by the shop, and it smelled so amazing that I had to stop in! The staff was super sweet and helpful, and the tea is so very very good! Of course, I left the shop with a lot more than I planned on :)
I was in the store at West Town Mall shortly bwfore 8:00 p.m. on 10/19/2017. Riley was the only employee that I saw, I looked around the store but did not see the Tea I wanted. Riley was talking to two of his friends and didn't ask me anying, I went to the counter to see if the I like was in the large containers but several were turned so I could see the bottom. I could here everthing they were saying. The two friends work at the Mall in food service. They were talk abuout bad, need customers, and Riley chimed in about a lady that drunk her tea fast and wanted more. So just know if you are thirsty, "sip" your tea because Your are upsetting Riley and is friends. I saw that I wasn't getting helped so I left. I told my husband " we will go to Atlanta that Teavana is fabulous". Just thought you may want to know.
I love their little try me tea booth outside of the store. They put out their new special teas for you to try. And let me tell you, they have an AMAZING selections of flavored teas. They have teas that taste just like chocolate. It's quite amazing what you can flavor up tea to be.
We got cold tea it was great I defentaly recommend.
Thank you Teavana employees for making Christmas buying for my wife so easy and knowledgeable. I was worried I'd be treated like an idiot and walk out empty handed and pissed. But since Christmas, the wife and I love everything we've tried... Saves money from store bought pre-brewed teas. Note, the over the cup hot tea brewer fits great under the Keurig for use with the hot water function.
