Knoxville Bicycle Company is a fantastic bicycle shop which others should strive to emulate. The owner and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled mechanics. I have purchased three bikes from KBC in the past year, and my experience was great. The shop has a good selection of bikes in stock, and the shipping time to the store when ordering from the manufacturer was prompt if the proper size was not at the store. The shop sponsors and hosts group rides several times during the week; the people who lead these rides are welcoming and have inspired me to ride more often and strive for more difficult goals. Great staff and sales that happen fairly frequently on quality bikes. Also very helpful to new customers and informative concerning local events.
Great shop, inventory, and service. Brick and mortar shops can't compete with internet prices, but that's because the internet doesn't have to care if you're getting what you really need.
