I would definitely recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing to others, I was having an issue with my water heater and they sent a technician out immediately. Blake was very professional, courteous and very personable, he knew what needed to be done and fixed the problem, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that he needed to do and why. If I need more work in the future I will definitely use Pipe Wrench Plumbing and will ask for Blake!!! Thank you Blake for doing such a great job!!!!
I asked for an estimate for a plumbing job. I need a new water line installed from the water meter into me home. This will require boring underground to install a new waterline. I asked for an estimate for the total job and also what was the cost per foot to bore underground to the home. I was told this information would be provided by email, meanwhile I signed for an estimate of $3600.00. When I received the email it only included a final cost of $3600.00 , no break down of any cost of services or cost per foot to bore the hole. I will cancel any services from pipe wrench plumbing until I can get a reliable estimate.
Todd was EXTREMELY helpful when he came by to address my issue. He kept me informed while he was doing the work instead of just fixing it and telling me what he did. It was easy to understand the issue seeing the difference of a worn out part of the faucet compared to a new piece. At the time he arrived I was not having a good day at all and he could not have been more pleasant and we were laughing by the end of his visit. I have tried other companies similar to Pipe Wrench and they do not compare when it come to the pricing.
I would highly recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing any day. Everytime I call Stephanie, Beth and Michelle always make my day better. I have had 7 different plumbers come out to our house in the past 8 weeks and if it was not for Pipe Wrench using a camera on their last visit my plumbing issue would not be resolved. I had roots growing through my pipes and I never called anyone else for a quote because of my history and everyone their who taking care of my family. JAY AND TRAVIS were extremely professional and worked hard today to make sure my issue was resolved. THANK YOU PIPE WRENCH for making my investment a safe one !
The Pipe Wrench team responded immediately to our call for help with a catastrophic leak in our 55-year-old plumbing. They were experienced, careful, efficient, respectful of our property and possessions, and thorough. They accomplished what was supposed to be a four-day job in two by working very late -- and they cleaned up the mess afterward. The team lead was Jerry Sevin -- a great guy who cares about quality work and works doggedly to complete the job. He had two and sometimes three others working with him, but unfortunately, I don't know their names. They were terrific also. I keep Pipe Wrench's business card handy. They've done lots of work for us and we'll have them back because we've always been satisfied.
