I have never spoken with such an unsympathetic, arrogant group of paralegals in my life as are employed by the David Sexton firm. Office staff do not return phone calls and if you're able to finally speak to paralegals, their tones are curt and their attitudes superior. They are clearly full of themselves. These people would do well to remember they provide a service and that those who consult them are customers or potential customers, deserving of good customer service. Attorneys are plentiful.
