Hello I want everyone to know about this company and how unprofessional they are. Also there lack of experience. I am not going to mention names but I had someone trying to do a construction loan for me there and it kept dragging and dragging out. Me and the builder went a few times not only to the office but seemed to be that we just had to keep sending paperwork in. Now here is where it gets awful. I my credit was ran and it was told to me I needed to fix a few things so I did and I notified them not to run my credit until I told them to. Well they did anyway which started hurting it. I spent like 16000 dollars to fix my credit that I could have just gave to the contractor. So after spending the money and finally getting approved the financial company they were using called the contractor and me and said he could start the work and it hadn't even closed yet but I was telling myself I guess any day now. The contractor and the rep at platinum thought we were going to need about 10,000 more dollars. Now funny the rep so no big deal you can just get with the financial company after it closes for a one page paper asking for more money. All sounds great right, wrong. He got the hair brain idea thinking crap loan hasn't closed so I will just change the amount. Guess what that did. It forced him to start from scratch the loan again then guess what they started running my credit again over and over and there it went down again. Now keep in mind I still have the paper with there employees signature saying my interest rate is going to be under 5 percent. Now after several months no communication he calls and no longer with the company. Now a new guy takes my loan over and here we go again me and the contractor jumping through hoops more paperwork and this paperwork is totally different. Now the contractor is half way done with this mess. Then were getting within 11 days before closing but about a week or so before this I get told my interest was going to be over 6 percent close to 7 percent. So do you think this is right. I am telling you what a mess with this place. So after careful consideration I told them no I did not want to go through with this. Sad thing is my house in a mess contractor hasn't been paid and if I get sued I will be going after this company as well. I have been extremely nice about this but they have not wanted to do anything and it was there financial company that told the contractor to start also. They lied and had poor business practices. Would any of you want to be told and have a copy that your interest is going to be less that 5 percent and then get told months later its going to be close to 7 percent. If I would have known all this I would have paid the contractor little by little on each room. Now I have a house with a completed kitchen in which who is going to pay for and no flooring down, no doors, not painted walls. Complete lack of experience.
