Long wait time. Great food! The grilled salmon was great! Their fresh vegetables were really good as well! They were steamed yet still had a nice crunch to them. Their fried pickles are the best I've ever had. Their complementary fresh rolls are great! Our waitress Autumn was very nice and did a great job! That's the second time in a row I've had the pleasure of having her as a waitress. It's always a pleasure to dine here.
I love going to this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the service is always speedy. The waiters will always answer any questions you have about the menu and they go out of their way to provide the best service possible. The food here is so good and they have the best rolls with butter I've ever eaten. They also have a pretty nice bar and everything seems pretty clean. I would highly recommend this place.
Headed home from Gatlinburg and stopped here.. best food we had all Weekend. We waited 10 mimutes to be seated, our food came out fast and was really great. The service and food were both 5 star !
Absolutely horrible! The order wasn't right, the food wasn't good and the waitress was completely hateful. There is nothing good to say about this place in fact our waitress was so rude that I nor any of my family will ever be back here. I have waited tables before and if you are not good with people then you need a new job. The managers should not allow their staff to treat their customers that way.
Its a good place, But with the West Town mall location being Corp owned you'll get bigger portions friendlier staff and sent home with as many peanuts and bread as you can handle along with togo cups. Not offered at Turkey Creek local unless you beg. We make the 20 min drive to get better food better service more value for our $. Tried to give them a chance this week as I was in TC area and needed to get a bite, dear lord I should've gone some where else rude service had to ask for a refill waited 10 min before got attended to put in an order. It was 3pm no dinner rush.
