We live in the area and like the food at this place, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Last week, we ordered a pizza to go only to find out when we got there that the order was never placed. The restaurant clerk just forgot to put it in. Geez! My husband left without the pizza. About an hour ago, we tried again. There was no one at the curbside, so my husband went in and found that his food had been sitting out for ten minutes and no one bothered to check the to go/curbside. According to the clerk, the manager took the order at the bar, so there was no curbside available for our order. But, no one bothered to tell us this. When we went in to get the pizza, it seemed like most of the servers were just sitting around the bar area chatting it up. Someone needs to train their employees. No more Smoky Mountain Brewery for us.
Always a good place to hang out with friends and family. Copper cellars micro brews are always good. Food is always good as well as service.
Had a great time here the other night for a small work get together. I loved the song bingo y’all played! I won a $10 gift certificate and the staff was nice too. Live music was impressive and their house brews are a hit. Only issue was the server was paying extra attention to a private party and then trying to make up for it by flirting. That never wins me over, but he was still nice regardless, just next time come back around and make up for the time you missed our table dawg.
Ate at Turkey Creek one last night. Server Paul was the bomb. Called us by our names every time he came to the table. Was one of the best servers Ive had.
Been here a few times when visiting from out of town. Service has been great each time I was there. Plenty of TVs in bar area for sports and other events. Good selection of beers and the large mugs are massive. Steaks and burgers are great. Nice atmosphere and lots of shopping near by. I would definitely recommend.
