I paid for the buffet and concluded my meal by grabbing two cookies from the buffet table. To my surprise, after taking my first bite I found a sharp piece of plastic sticking out (Yes - inside of the cookie). The manager took the cookie off my plate after I showed her and seemed somewhat surprised. The next time I saw her was when it was time for the checks. Not to sound entitled, but I think something as dangerous as that warrants a free meal, coupon, or even a discount. Im not the type to complain and they should thank their lucky stars that it wasn't someone more dramatic taking a bite out of that cookie. Good food otherwise.
Exquisite French-Belgian cuisine in the classic tradition, but never behind the times. All staff members are restaurant professionals, or professionals-in-training. So, service is superb. The meals are outstanding. Chef is creative. Atmosphere and clientele is mature but kinda trendy. They've struck an amazing balance between chic and traditional, and cater to a restaurant-loving crowd. The bar is very welcoming, but not too large. So you always feel connected, and never lost in a swarm. Dine here. You will enjoy the whole experience.
Food is delectable. Service is good. Location/Scenery/atmosphere is average. Not bad by any means. Prices are high yet fair. A must visit for any foodie.

Food was delicious and the service was what you would expect from a 5 star French restaurant. The 4 star rating is due to the sad realization that no traditional French desserts were offered. In fact, very little on the menu made me feel I was in a French restaurant. I know we're in East Tennessee, but how about a little crepe suzette?
