Avoid doing business with this branch at all costs. The people working in this branch, including the manager, do not know how to keep their words. We had a horrible experience opening/transferring account at this location, with the Bank Manager not respecting a letter from Bank Of America itself (asking us to contact online customer service instead). Most importantly, the Merryl Lynch personnel, the teller and the Bank Manager are mutually inconsistent. Very little regard for customers (besides a front facade of smile). We found the Oak Ridge branch much more helpful with the same issue.
Very Rude! Not friendly at all.Its like they are made to help you. They don't know customer service and always have enough people but always walking around and not helping customers.Very SLOW!
Expect a line out the door and only one person at the desk even though there are atleast 7 employees working. Terrible customer service there should not be a line out the door and one person attending to the line when so many people could help and clear the line quickly. Should not have to wait 20 minutes to cash a check.
