Went in August for my birthday. It was a Monday so they were not busy. The good thing is if you don't run all your tickets that day you can come back at a later time. It wasn't super busy but we asked the customer associate when is it busy because the more people the more fun it is! He said normally Friday starting at 6. They are fairly new so they only have one track.
Can't wait for them to get more tracks, if that's a possibility
The one thing they could improve on would be a TV in the party room where the food was. Other than that, it was a great time and the staff as always was accommodating and cordial.
Nice friendly knowledgeable service. The go karts were nice and fast. Nice facility with well equipped karts. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. We ended up using a groupon to make it affordable. I would definitely recommend taking a spin in the karts. Lots of fun.
We recently won a tailgate party for Veloce through WIVK for the Florida game. The game was rough but the racing was awesome. It was a party for 20 people and they provided pizza and sodas for us. There was plenty of food and racing for everyone in between the moans and groans of the game. The staff is really awesome and they did a great job of catering to the group we had (mix of small kids and adults). Bryan, the manager was very attentive and made sure we could race when we wanted. As is the case any other time I have been there, the staff was on point and engaged in making sure we had a good time. That sounds like a "duh!", but I am sure others that read this can attest not every entertainment venue has staff that are willing to do their job without delay and treat the customer as the reason they are there.
Wow. This place is Fun and Addictive! Took my daughter for her birthday as a surprise and we all had fun! It was awesome, I thought it wouldnt be as good because the track looks small but I was wrong. We took 21 laps and my kids had a blast. They have a way to keep track of your best time and you can compete. If you have kids, this is the place to be, if you want to have fun with friends, spouse or by yourself, this is the place to go.
Amazing day at Veloce! The staff was amazing and very nice. They went above and beyond our expectations for our little Birthday boy!
